Is It a STD ? small little bumps all over penis

So sadly about 4 months ago I had sex with about 10 Upscale sex workers the expensive kind.

I always used a condom for everything but with about 3 of them I had unprotected oral sex.
For 1 month I had no issues abd I tested 2 times once during and once after a month from the encounters the test came back negative.

But after about 2 months I got really small bumps on the head of my penis from one side. No pain. no discomfort they are just there. the akin might be more sensitive but thats it no discoloration also.
And today Ive gotten a few more bumps around the shaft and other side of head of the penis.

Sorry for taking long but I hope you can help. thank you

Hello~You could have a form of herpes. I would certainly see your doctor and get some meds to help with this issue.

It can take months for a Std to develop, so see a doctor they will refer you to either a specialist or prescribe something.
