Is gram-negative coccobacilli +2 Chlamydia?

I got my gram stain results (swab) and the following are all it stated. I developed a smelly yellow-white discharge a month after a new partner and I abstained from sex for a year. Doctor said it might be BV but I wanna know if I caught an std.

Heres what it said:
Epithelial Cells: +2
Polymorphonuclear Cells: +2
Gram Positive Cocci in Pairs: +2
Gram Negative Coccobacilli: +2

I was given Flagyl 3x a day for 7 days. I dont get to see my Doc til next week so advance reading is appreciated to put my mind to rest. Thanks!
