I have hard straight line of hard skin on my foreskin on gentian area what could be

I went to the doctor two months ago and got tested for sexual diseases not know all I was tested for and the doctor said i was negaitive for hiv/aids and I was recently told she tested me for  a lot of thing and which came back negative I have noticed straight line raise hard skin on foreskin in the penis Region  and scared I pick at it and it bleed  but now bumps whites bumps I have had since I was in the 8th grade 20 years old right now and not sexual active except masterbate

White bumps are normal. Go get a diagnosis from doctor.
