Is it sti?

Hi. I received oral sex without condom from sex worker about 6 weeks ago. Half an hour after I felt sharp pain deep on public area (lower belly) which lasted few seconds. I woke up with pain im that area next morning and it is still there. After couple of weeks pain spreded to liver and stomach area. I went for sti tests to clinic. They all came back clear. There is no discharge from penis but I can feel like a burning sensation on its end. I went to my doctor and had abdominal scan yesterday. Everything fine. Should I get tested for sti again? Could she give me some paraside? I'm back home next week and dont want to pass anything to my wife. We dont use condoms. Any idea what's wrong with me? Could she suck too hard? Thanks

Hi no std shows symptoms the next day and those are not any std symptoms anyway but since your married test for gono, syphilis and herpes for your wifes protection before being intimate with here is advised.

Thanks for answer. I had all tests and they came back clear. There is no other infection after urine test. How can you explain few seconds sharp pain deep inside about 5 inch under belly button? Since that I have that pain/tingling in there
