Is there any risk for any STI's through receiving a handjob at a massage parlor?

I received an oil massage and towards the end of the massage the masseuse gave me a handjob with no condom on.

She was fully clothed but I did not notice if there were any cuts, sores, or ulcers on her hands. I also did not notice if there were genital fluids on her hands.

I'm also paranoid because if she gave me a handjob then she probably does it to all of her customers so I am not sure how clean her hands are and if she washes her hands in between clients.

I called my local sexual health center and told them what had happened with me and if i should get tested. They they told me testing is not needed for this and that handjobs do not pose a risk but since I am anxious I would like to see reassurance from other sources.

Is it possible to receive any STI from this? (Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, everything)
Is this considered an exposure?
Should I be worried and get tested?

If the answer to the three above questions are no, would the best conclusion be to put this behind me as if it never happened and move on with my life?

I would appreciate anyone answering me. Thanks a lot

I fully agree with your local clinic. There is absolutely no risk to any of this, as handjobs are no risk, and hands never transmit STDs.

It is not considered an exposure, you do not need to be worried, you do not need to get tested and you can absolutely move on with your life.

You can indeed put this behind you as if it never happened. :)
