Is this an STD?

My fiancé and I had anal to vaginal sex a few days ago and I am now experiencing painful red pimple like bumps around my anus and few on my vagina. They look like pimples, and are painful. I had a fever for a few days and some discomfort when I urinated. The symptoms have subsided but the painful bumps are still there. We are both free of stds unless he has cheated and I didn't know, but does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Possibly a bacteria infection?

Sorry for the broken English there... And I don't want to alarm you.  Just giving you what I think is some pretty sound advice considering that you seem to have an issue that is causing you some real confusion and pain.

Get your *** to the ER and get those pimples/blisters looked and swabbed tonight!

Could be nothing; but, Id be ruling out herpes if I were you.  Just to be safe  There is not better test for herpes then a culture of a fresh blister.

Hi, you really should see a doctor and get tested. It could be just a simple fungal infection or herpes since you had a fever prior to the outbreaks.
