I'm thinking this may be HPV?
But exactly 3 months ago, I noticed three, painless, pinkish/flesh-colored slightly raised bumps right at the base of the penis. I had a clean STD scan two weeks prior to this (but if it's HPV maybe it hadn't shown up?). A doctor I saw told me that it did not look herpetic and was probably foliculitis. Since that time, now three months later, I've gradually noticed the appearance of more of these bumps. They are all right very near the original three bumps on the left base side of the penis, and though the original three reduced in size, so I thought they were foliculitis, they are still present. Now I've noticed the beginning of a small bump about a centimeter up on the lower base of the penis, as well as some smaller ones further up in the groin and a larger one a centimeter to the left kind of on the testicles but still qualifying as the base of the penis.
They don't hurt, and squeezed once, got the tiniest amount of white pus to seem like it had come out, but a small amount of bleeding afterwards. If I pick them, which I have stopped, they might begin bleeding a little bit. Most look like they are right under a folicle, but two and the one appearing on the penis shaft have no visible hair growing. I haven't had any flu-like symptoms since I noticed these. Before I noticed these, I was fairly promiscuous, using condoms about half of the time, and then before noticing these, was in a monogamous relationship for two months, and then had single-encounter sex with two different people while wearing a condom. I haven't sex in about a month now but have noticed the appearance of more of the bumps.
What could this be?
