hi, im worried sick so any help is appreciated. before this i have only had one sex partner(two years ago). i was very drunk in amsterdam last week and decided to go with a prostitute, there are certain parts i dont remember and am getting very worried. at the start she charged me 50euro, she gave me a blowjob and i remember there was a condom on. during this i was grabbing her *** and boobs and she said this was not allowed, i remember the blowjob was quite rough with the condom on. soon after i remember giving her another 40euro( i cant remember if this was to let me touch her more or to take the condom off) just firstly a general question, does anyone know if one of these prostitutes would take condoms off for that amount or would it be more does anyone know?

secondly, i remember then we had sex for about ten minutes, she did not let me kiss her, because i cant remember things im getting so scared for if the condom broke or if as i said above it was taken off. i dont remember her taking it off or it breaking but to be honest i dont remember it not breaking either. I know people say that you would know if it broke but there are certain parts i cannot remember. Im terrified i could have picked up an STD/HIV and am worried sick and getting very down about it. there has been no symptoms. i was about to give her oral sex at one point but she stopped me, im hoping this means she is quite clean and professional.

If you test 7 days or so after exposure  and it comes back negative, those would be considered conclusive results. Remember you are testing only to eliminate all risk factors. You used protection and experts consider this safe sex and there is a low risk for the others mentioned. Most experts dont advise testing unless there are symptoms

thanks very much. i intend on getting these tests done, so let's say if i get the tests for gono and chlamydia next week and they are negative does this mean i will not have to test for them again in a few weeks/months time as it is 100% i did not get either? thank you.

Hi Fox and dont worry im sure your ok. Ive been to Amsterdam and the girls are quite concerned about diseases and i believe are tested regularly. BUT this is a high risk business. To put your mind to ease so you can move on with your life, make an appointment for a full screening. Once all the tests come back negative (and im sure they will) then you can look back at the good time you had with her. Testing times below post exposure:
Gono and Chlamydia-----1 week
syphlis-------6 weeks
herpes----------3 months
hiv---    3 months ( but this really is a long shot for getting)
