Itchy and uncomfortable spots on my penis! STD?

Guys I need expert help. I'll be visiting a doctor soon but I also want to know if anyone might have an idea of what I have.

I had a rough and unprotected sex with an escort girl 6 days ago. 2 days after that I noticed some itching in my groin area. That evening, I checked my penis and was surprised to see a clump of white spots with a black center on the head of my dick. I also had some bulges in my testicles which were very itchy and very sensitive to touch. The next day, I started to feel a burning sensation every time I pee. It's very difficult to sleep because every movement results to a sharp stinging pain whenever the affected is touched (even with my undies).

Need help in identifying if this is a type of std. I was just surprised for symptoms to appear in just 2 days. Any comment will be appreciated very much. This scary feeling sucks, I can't sleep very well thinking about this and my infidelity.

Thanks a lot! I actually went to our public help office and I was tested. i was negative for Gonorrhea and chlamydia. They took a blood test and I am still waiting for the results for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis in around 4 days.

Only a Dr with an exam and possible testing will tell you if you have a STD. I will give you testing times.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
Herpes and HIV-3 months
