Itchy scrotum and anus?

My issue is that I have very itchy scrotum and anus for almost a week already.

My sexual history as stated below.
-no penetrative sex before
-receive very short oral sex ( I am a guy )
-receive quite a lot of protected oral sex
-visited massage parlour and received handjob
-bath by Casual sex worker
-finger causal sex worker and use the same hand to handjob myself with a condom on

I really not sure what is the itch and I have seen doctor which rule out fungal infection.

Anybody and help enlighten me the issue ?

Hi your itch is not a symptom of any std but is very common to have an itch in that area is gets sweaty which forms bacteria and scratching with dirty finger nails keep it inflamed. When i have itch issues i use 1% cortizon cream with aloe which is over the counter.

Hi Dave, thanks for the prompt reply, I think the itchy skin cause the skin to form small little bumped ? Is a photo of it helpful or you are certain of the itch is nothing to do with std.

i realized when I sweat around the area... super itchy

Yes it can be super itchy and the more we sctatch it the more irritated it becomes.
