Joint pain after having sex with a sex worker. Is It gonoccol arthritis?

I recently had a protected sexual encounter with a sex worker but I didn't ejaculate. She gave me Hand job while I was wearing the same condom used for having sex. Then she removed the condom and gave me a handjob. Is there any chance of any infection as she touched the condom used for sex while giving handjob  and touched my penis. Spreading through vaginal fluids. After a few hours I started developing joint pain and is there a chance of gonoccol arthritis or infected hiv from vaginal fluid which was present on the condom used for sexual act which she touched and again touch my penis. It's been 6 days and I still hav joint pain. Please help.
