My name is Palian.

I just married on Jul 2010. But I had sexual intercourse with my wife before we get married. I never had other sexual partner. My wife is the only one. We had first sex on 2000, then again in 2006. Since then until we get married I never had sex with a girl/woman.

I arrived Malaysia in Jun 27 2006. The Malaysian Immigration had a medical screening procedure for all foreign workers' named FOMEMA. Below are the screening they had done for me for 3 years since 2006.

Medical History on:
HIV/AIDS Tuberculosis Leprosy Hepatitis B
Psychiatric Illnesses Epilepsy Cancer

Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Malaria Hypertension Heart Diseases Bronchial Asthma
Diabetes Mellitus Peptic Ulcer Kidney Diseases ... and others

Physical Examination:

General Physical Examination, to take note of:

Height, Weight, Pulse Rate, Blood Pressure Chronic Skin Rash Anaesthetic Skin Patch
Deformities of Limbs Anaemia Jaundice
Lymph Node Enlargement Visual Abnormalities Hearing

Systemic Examination of:
Cardiovascular System   Respiratory System
Gastrointestinal System Nervous System and Mental Status
Genitourinary System

Laboratory Tests:

Blood Tests

for blood grouping.
for presence of HIV, Hepatitis B, VDRL/TPHA, Malaria Parasite.

Urine Tests

for colour, specific gravity, microscopic examination.
for presence of opiates, cannabis, pregnancy, sugar, albumin.

X-Ray Examination:
Chest X-Ray

Since 2000 I have a problem in Urine. Whenever I see doctor, they told me to drink plenty of water. They had take my urine and blood. But never give me medicince but just Paracetamol for pain killer. In 2008 I had a urine problem. Cannot pass my urine. It is very painfull, then we rush to neary Clinic. They had take me urine and blood for test. They told me to drink plenty of water and Paracetamol.

On July 2010, when my wife arrived Malaysia, then we had sex. After one week, she had a problem in urine, the same as me. We had see different doctor, They had done urine test also. But just give some antibiotics and fluid for drink to ease the urine pass out. Then finally we had gone to Family Planning Association clinic. Previously we had miscarriage in 2007.

They check my wife vagina, and others.. When they checked here the 2nd time, they gave her below medicine.
1. Policresulen Albothyl
2. PrimZole (Trimethoprim 80 mg and Sulphamethoxazole 400 mg)

They told my wife thath her husband is having other sexual partner. So, they advised her to take Condoms and some pills for me.

Now, the problem is...
1. I never had other sexual partner apart from my wife.
2. As the Doctor told my wife that, it is 100 percent confirmed that I have a other sexual partner, which I don't have.
3. This cause a problem between me and my wife. Psychologically she always think I have a sexual partner and sleep with many women.


Kindly help me with this issues.....

Agreed, you need a doctor to help, not throw blame around.

Hi,

please talk to your wife with this matter.  You have NO STDs if she's been the only one you've been with.   If she came back positive for anything then either she had sex with someone who is infected or her test came back false positive.  

Also she should get a new doctor for them immediately telling her you are the unfaithful one.

What STD did the doctor said you had?  I can't understand from above?
