List of STDs you can test for with urine

Hi guys,  I am just wondering what STDs you can test for with a urine test. I know it is Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, but I was wondering if they can test for any others as well. I know there are other things like trich infections etc. Back in December I got chlamydia. Ive been on azythromycin twice and levaquin as well as suprax for gonorrhea even though I tested negative for it. I have taken two tests since and both have come back negative from gonorrhea and chlamydia. Things just dont feel right down there. I have been to a urologist twice, and he thinks I am okay. But I masterbated earlier and it stung a little bit while i tried to hold back an orgasm. I am afraid because that was the one symptom I had along with yellow discharge when I had chlamydia. Should I be worried? I have not had sex with anyone since the last two tests that were negative. Is there any other STDs you can get that I could ask to test for with a urine sample?

Pls help me in clarify my issues. I had sex with the sex worker. The very same day I had a little pain in my penis. After 3 days. When I urinate my penis is burning but nondischarge yet. And I have high chill fever
Can any one tel me what could be the reason
I had a HIV test it came negative. My urine came negative.

okay, I tested negative twice for gonno and chlamydia. THey tested my urine as well and foind no other infections they said.
