Little spots on inner foreskin

about two weeks ago I had unprotected anal sex with another man. It was the first time for me and it didn't last very long because I couldn't maintain a full erection so i barely did anything. The next day I noticed 2 or 3 very small spots around the frenulum of the penis, they are almost the same color of the skin (not red or white), there's no irritation, don't burn or really hurt, I just feel a very light itch on the foreskin area. I also realised that if I masturbate the itch becomes more noticeable. I've been using some antifungal creams and the feeling is almost completely gone but the spots are still there and I'm almost sure I've noticed a few more showing up. What could this be?
