Looking for help about potential STD

Hi,  I am a confused and worried that I have herpes or another std.  I have shown signs that concern me that I have herpes based on what I have read about symptoms online, however it has been about 6 months since I've shown symptoms.  The last three women that I have had sex with have all gotten sick after we had sex (the first without a condom, and the other two with one on every occasion).  Two of them mentioned to me that they had extreme pain in their necks, and felt ill afterwards.  The most recent felt very ill and had symptoms including nausea, exhaustion and joint pain and mentioned some lady part issues.  However I did not go into details with her about it and the sickness seems to have cleared within a week or so.  Over the last year and a half I have been tested about 4 or 5 times with Igg specific tests and received a full 8 panel test recently (before having intercourse the most recent time).  Everytime, coming back negative for everything.  I'm super concerned that I am somehow not responding to testing.  I am going to be abstinent untill i can figure out the issue.  The doctors I have seen have been very unhelpful so far.  What should be my next course of action as far as testing goes?  Any advice would be helpful.
