There is no test for men for HPV, so even if he did all the tests possible, they couldn't tell if he had it or not. It could have easily come from one of his previous partners as it did from one of yours.
They have different treatments they can do - did the doctor not talk about treatment?

wow i didnt know that....umm yes they confrimed it as hvp. and how do they treat it. I know its from him because my current relationship always had those std tests done and he was clean. Before I got with him I had him do one and it was clean and i took and it was clean.
