MSM penile/anal frottage

I engaged in unprotected mutual masturbation and frottage with another male where I rubbed my penis against his buttocks and quite possibly his anus....and then ejaculated.  I didn't insert my penis into his rectum.  But my penis was touching his anus.  Concerned about possible HIV risk.  My research from past posts on this site suggests a low, yet theoretical risk for HPV, herpes, and syphilis.  24 hours post encounter a blotch like red spot has developed at the top of my nose between my eyebrows.

First of all, HIV, can only be transmitted via fluids. HIV cannot lay on the skin. HPV, Herpes, and syphilis can be transmitted via close contact. For example, vulva to vulva action, or even kissing. 80% of American adults have herpes, but are not aware. Getting tested to know for sure is the best route. It costs a small amount, but you will know for your and others' sake. My husband and I just recently discovered we tested positive for both forms of herps, and we still have a nice sex life, and now that we know exactly what the problem is, are able to take the precautions we need to take to keep others and ourselves healthy.
