MY PENIS BURNS AND A SMALL RED SCAB

OKAY... situation now is the tip of my penis burns

history is as follows

My girlfriend of 4 years cheated on me with a few guys about 8 months ago.
Directly after i received a ******* from a relative stranger.

About 4 days ago i noticed a really tiny red scab on the underside of my penis, right under my circumsied ridge, its actually the direct center where the foreskin meets the mushroom.
I peeled the scab off and it was a little sore but not much.
Looked like abrasion, no raised skin, no discharge, no strange color scab

I then had sex two days later.

And now today my penis burns slightly, nothing crazy, but its noticeable.

im going to the doctor tomorrow to get a full STD test

does it sound like herpes?

I haven't had any intercourse at all in over 8 months

If it healed in 2 days, its not likely to be herpes, but follow up with your doctor for a herpes blood test.

okay i went to the hospital and the nurse told me its not herpes, she said i would be in extreme pain, and the sore wouldn't have heeled in a matter of a 2 days if it were.

I was bantering her pretty hard about it being  herpes, and she acted like it was out of the question

they gave me a gonorrhea test and something else, and to do that they inserted a qtip into my shaft, and now the pain from that exceeds the original burning sensation.

I have to wait two days for the test.

Then if nothing turns up i have to see a urologist

It might be herpes, but its going to be too late to get a good culture of it.  Ideally, you should have your doctor see new sores within 24-48 hours, and once you peel it, it is hard to really identify what it is.

That said, you can ask your doctor for a type specific IgG blood test, and see if that is positive.  If you haven't had sex in the 8 months in between, then its an accurate test.
