Protected Oral and Protected Sex Amsterdam - STD's Risk Anxiety Worry

Hello Experts,

I am a virgin till before this encounter . I regret doing this. I will never try this again. I visited one of the famous massage parlors in Amsterdam 11 weeks back . She gave me a body to body massage for about 10 mins when i had the towel on. Then she removed the towel took my penis in her hand to make it hard . I started to precum but the moment she saw that , she took a condom and put it on me and gave me a protected oral for 2 mins . Then with the same condom had sex for only 2 mins . I did not penetrate deep nor hard.  I also saw she using some lube before we started. I cum in the condom itself after  that i checked the condom it was intact . Then removed the condom carefully with left hand and wiped the cum with right hand with tissue. Other Information Also that parlor was clean .She seemed healthy and health conscious. she took bath before and after sex. Even me too.

I was not having any anxiety for 1 week . Suddenly my mind started oscillating if i will get something from this encounter . I did not have any symptoms till i had fever once

19th day - Mild Fever - Cleared of next day.

After that I had some anxiety attacks resulting in some hot flushes sometimes. Then i started to read some of the posts in the forum and understood that this was safe. So i did not worry much after that. But at the end of 8th week

9th week - Got some viral infection in my left side mouth

Day 1 - Swelling of lower jaw(may be in salivary glands) , pain swallowing (Went to doctor ,He gave some tablets paracetamol and ibumetin for inflammation. he said it will clear in a week )
Day 2 - Swelling got reduced and pain too.
Day 3,4,5 - Had mild fever with some body aches
Day 6 - I was feeling ok without tablets
Day 7 - I was fine .

Again anxiety started to play again with my mind.

Now at the end of 11th week i am feeling some little swelling again with no pain below my tongue with little temperature . i am worried since then.

I never had a sore throat , rash or no genital problems. My only worry is this mild swelling below my tongue.

1.) Did i have any risk with the above encounter for any STD's especially HIV?
2.)Do the above symptoms match with any of the STD's?
3.) Do i require any medical testing for STD's?

I will never commit any mistake like this.

Thanks.

Thanks for your comments. I learnt a lesson from this and understood the risks involved and never gonna try this in future. I need to put some rest to my anxiety and move on.

I have one last question HowardH

Do these symptoms i got any way related to ARS or HIV ? i am asking just because i got swollen glands and fever.

Thanks,

These comments don't change my opinion or advice. Poor quality condoms break more readily, but no problem if they don't break. No condoms allow leakage through intact latex or polyurethane.

Probably it would have been best if a new condom had been used after you slipped out, but I still don't see this as high risk. Even if your exposure had been entirely unprotected, it sounds like you had a partner who is very careful about sexual safetly and works hard to keep herself STD free.

Thank you HowardH that was reassuring. I could put my mind to rest. But i have two more questions .

One thing that worries me is I was not sure about the quality of the condom she used on me.?

Second since she used a lube and as i dint do deep penetration and i was not full hard, my penis slipped out of her vagina  once but condom remained in place and she took it in her hand and put it in again continued for another 1 minute.

Does this above act pose any risk?

One infomation i missed out in the post . I did not kiss her nor touch her genitals nor lick anytime.

Thanks once again.

And as for "I will never commit any mistake like this", I don't think you made any mistake at all. Your pursued an entirely normal human inclination and did so with maximum safety. Perhaps you were raised with antiquated or conservative ideas about sex; if so, you'll have to work through it. But on this forum, there is no moralizing and users never need to apologize or explain for their behaviors and decisions, as long as they don't denigrate others or potentiallly harm their partners.

I can understand your anxiety, since this was your first signiciant sexual experience. But you are overreacting. The STD risk from this event was zero for all practical purposes, and none of your symptoms suggest any STD. Your fever and other symptoms were unrelated to that event; they started too late for even a common cold from the sex worker. And no, you definitely don't need STD testing.

I think that covers all three of your questions. Really, mellow out and don't confuse your anxieties over a sexual experiene you may regret with STD risk from it. They aren't the same.

Best wishes.
