Molluscum Contagiosum question

I have recently been diagnosed with Molluscum Contagiosum in the genital region and was sprayed the same day with liquid nitrogen at the dermatologist's office to treat it. I first noticed the spots a few weeks before my visit to the dermatologists office. I have been with my current girlfriend for about 5 months but am confident I didn't contract it from her seeing how I have never noticed the bumps characteristic of molluscum on her before. The last time I had sex with someone else was about 6 months ago which I have read can take Molluscum Contagiosum about that amount of time to present itself. I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to give someone Molluscum Contagiosum while the virus is in your body but there have been no signs of the spots?

2. Can a person be tested for the Molluscum Contagiosum virus while no spots have presented themselves yet?

3. Is it possible for me to pass it on to my girlfriend, make a full recovery, then have her contract it, we have sex and then I contract it again?

4. Is there anything I can do to speed my recovery besides the liquid nitrogen freezing?

5. Should I get tested for other STDs
