Molluscum bumps on penile shaft - deeply worried

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would explain my case. I got a condom burst in December 2011 while intercourse with a female sex worker. My last encounter was of unprotected oral sex with another sex worker in July 2012. Later, I found out three bumps in a row on my penis shaft in December 2012. I ignored them at that time. My wedding got fixed in January 2013 and i decided to get checked for std's. I got tested for HIV and HSV 1 & 2 combination elisa all non reactive. Then i showed those bumps on my penis shaft to a derm who told me that it is molluscum and has been sexually acquired. He treated me with imiquimod but to no avail more bumps showed up during the treatment and moreover i got severe burns on my scrotum due to that. Then i decided to get those bumps lasered off in January end. I also found out three bumps on my lower abdomen which i got needle pricked by the derm. I got married and did unprotected sex with my wife for quite a while. I was molluscum free till now when I found out that two new bumps have developed. I went to the derm and he pricked them off with a needle, but told that the regular white core was not found in them. They could be molluscum or something else. My questions please -

Could i have transmitted the virus to my wife in the absence of the bumps ?
Its been three months already I have been struggling with the bumps. When will the virus leave me in peace ?
Talking about HPV- My last encounter of any sex i.e. oral sex with a sex worker was 7 months back. If it would have been HPV, would it have taken 7 months to show up or will it show up later ?
When my derm said today that it may not be molluscum as the bump developed today morning only and no white core was found only blood oozed out then what could it be ?
After laser treatment, the bumps did not recur for 1 month but have showed up again - What is going on ?
When can i have sex with my wife in peace ?
Highly depressed - Please help

Hi Grace,

When i went to my derm for needle pricking a couple of them then he said, very little white core came out of one and only blood from the other one. He further said that it can be follicilitis but he was not sure.

Is this really true that women dont catch molluscum easily ?

usually if mc is gone for a year, we consider it completely gone and no long a risk to a partner.

so what did your dermatologist decide to do this time since they don't feel this is mc?
