Mosquito Bite Symptom After Sex + More

Hi everyone. I'm 20 and had protected sex with a prostitute and dumb enough I also gave her unprotected oral when I had 1 or 2 open sores in my mouth/tongue from accidental biting. About half a day later, I noticed that the sides of my inner cheeks developed what seemed like an open sore (2 of them). It became painful when I touched it with my tongue.

Then about a few weeks later, the pain went away but the sore was still there, just being dormant. Then I also noticed that every now and then, a mosquito-bite like rash would come up all of a sudden in random places (but nowhere near my genital area), and it would disappear right after. This "mosquito-bite" is itchy, but not painful, and only 1 appears at a time.

I do not seem to be allergic to anything.
Can any experts please help?

Does anyone else have similar problem or knows what's going on?

It doesn't sound like an std, but does sound like something you should get checked.

Also, I'd like to add that it has been roughly 4 months since it happened and my penis does not hurt when I urinate or ejaculate.
