Multiple symptoms happening at once

Hello,

I have been suffering multiple symptoms that I suspect are STDs, I live in a country that even doctors don't speak good English, so the doctor I've seen only made HIV and Hepatitis tests, as well as arthritis test (for some reason) the symptoms are the following:

1 - Weak Urine stream
2- Excess urination
3- oily skin
4- dry soles
5- excessive sweating
6- hair falling down, including pubic and facial hair
7-unusual black spots on nose
8- discharge from penis
9 - excessive thirst
10 - dry throat (I get sore throat more often)
11- low libido
12- excessive sweating from palms and soles, and soles becoming very dry and skin is peeling.

I would appreciate your advice, thanks

Hi the only real std symptom is discharge from penis but it would need to be a white puss discharge with burning while urinating. Clear discharge could be a symptom of a recent infection as the urethra is trying to sooth inflamed tissues but the white would surely follow.
What was your exposure to std,s?

the discharge is clear, not white.
I am quite exposed to STDs as I've had multiple sexual  partners last year, but I always use protection.
