My first Pap Smear

I just recently had my first Pap exam and y doctor told me she used one of the smallest speculum they had... I have always been shy a bit and shes the first doctor i let this happen too. I lost my verginity in july so i decided to get a pap exam and everything. So when seh did it and it hurted alot to me. She said that she gave me all test and ran several includin sexuall transmitted disease test and if she found anything she would give me a cal within 3 days. And it has been three days in counting already!. After teh painful pap that night i came on my period and i bled normal. and the pads i used kotex n always seems to break me out alot. But this time the break out is diferent. I have 3 tiny red like bumps on my clitoral hood and im afraid of what it could be and very scared. they started itching and then stopped after i washed up againa nd took anothe rbath but they are still here. I dont know if its from the pad aggrevating me or a for of herpes or any std. and im so scared. like very nervous teary cryin like scared. Should i ask my doctor or wait for her phone call.

and as far as the annoyin pads what are the best kind to us ethat will probably not irritate my skin?

call your Dr. But I will say that I doubt that it is a STD.
