Help! Possible std?

I had sex with a street worker 2 and a half months ago. Now it was all protected and the condom did not tear or break to the best of my knowledge. I had severe anxiety after the event and experienced a lot of symptoms. However these stopped when I stopped worrying about it so was definitely anxiety based. Now 2 and a half months on I have been experiencing severe pain in both testicles and my lower abdomen/pubic area is very sore. There is no visual problems just pain. Could this be sign of an std?

Thanks any answer is appreciated.

I had protected sex with an escort also about 21/2 months a go I have had all kinds of “symptoms” some of them probably actual pain. But most likely not to do with my protected encounter. After two months of constant worry and and reading on the internet Ived learned that there is a lot of anxiety out there regarding std the internet is no help. If you where to google your symptoms the first thing that will pop up is std. yet testicle pain and back pain are not a common complication of std. there are so many other reasons why testicle pain happens that is not related to std. with severe pain you should definitely get checked out. But I wouldn’t assume it’s related to a protected encounter. I’m no expert I just have read hundreds of questions and answers  regarding stds in the last two months and have come to the conclusion that most protected encounter ‘symptoms’ are either anxiety our unrelated to the act.
