NGU?

I have been diagnosed with NGU in the past and felt I had it because of symptoms like red penis, slight clear discharge, burning when I urinate and most importantly interrupted sleep. I would always get these symptoms after I slept with a particular person. I took antibioctics last week and the symptoms were gone in three days. Most importantly, I slept the entire night without waking up once. I then had unprotected sex with another person whom I have known for years and within three days, I started to wake up every two hours when I slept. I do not have any other symptoms but it just feels like the same thing. Could I have been reinfected with an NGU?

You need to see a Dr and get tested and proper treatment. You also need to start using condoms. It doesn't matter who it is with, you don't know if that person has an STD for not.
