New symptom

Hello community,

It has now been a month since I had a visit with a trans CSW. We exchanged unprotected oral, and had protected anal in both directions with completion on to my backside. I have yet to test as it is still relatively early. I had a bout of nausea and diarrhea at about the 7 day mark. Now about two days ago I woke up with a pain on the right side of my shaft, however I can not see any signs of lesions, bumps, blisters, etc. I also can not tell if this pain is on the skin or perhaps the structures beneath. Does this sound like a symptom of any STD/STI to any of you?

Thanks in advance for any response.

Short and sweet, any thoughts on what it could be?
Would herpes sores be obvious if that were the case?
