Not sure if it's an std or not.

Hi there doctor, I'm a 22 year old man. I recently went to the movies with a date and we actually do a cuddle and some kissing. We never use any sexual contact other than doing handjob she did to me. I never done a handjob or fingering to the person's vagina but she did do a handjob like massaging on my genital. Few moments later I discovered a discharge or a pre cum because I can feel something wet in my underwear. Then 3 weeks later when I woke up in the morning, I got a discharge and I feel my pants is wet in the groin area. Is there a possibility if this was a STD of some sort? Because I have nothing to do with sexual contact with anal, oral or vaginal sex because I assume that Mutual Masturbation or Handjob is considered to be the safe sex.

1) any chance that I may get STD?

2) What should I do to keep myself healthy?

But the thing is right, sometimes I do have the urge to pee, sometimes I don't. But when I went for my urology and having the ultrasound and bladder scan and everything. They told me that your urine is totally normal. Is that normal or not?

Hi you have zero risk to contract any std from what you describe and all your mentioning is of a healthy 22 year old.
