Odourless yellow/green watery discharge

I'm 16 years old, and about a week ago I started getting a thick white discharge, like cottage cheese. My mother said that was normal as it was the week before my period. I am now 5 days late for my period and this morning when I got up to go to the bathroom, I had an odourless yellow/green watery discharge coming from my vagina. I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend and the past yesterday and today we had sex and it hurt, and the feeling it was like is when you've done exercise and the next day you're feeling a bit sore.
Do you have any idea as to what it might be? Thanks.

you need to go and be seen. nothing you've described is normal. You need tested properly for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally. You most certainly have a vaginitis going on. I know it's saturday and hard to be seen but try to follow up on this today, monday at the latest. You don't want to risk your future fertility!!!

your bf also needs to be seen and get a full std screening done.

You should be avoiding sex at this point untilyou've both had your testing done and been properly treated.

You had unprotected sex and so there is a possible risk for STDs.  Does you boyfriend know his STDs status?  It would be a smart idea to ask him about it.

Get tested for bacterial STD's (gonorrea and chlamydia) 7 days after your last exposure.

Feeling a bit sore for a woman is normal after sex.  There are more forums on medhelp that can probably better assit you than me for womens health questions, I am only versed on STDs

Best of luck,
