Oral Sex, Thoat Problems, Antibiotics- Testing needed?

Hi there, I gave fellatio to two different men about a week apart from each other. A few days after, I started swallowing and felt like I was swallowing over a small lump. My lymph node is also swollen. A week and a half later I went to a regular MD who gave me blood tests and swabbed my throat. They called me the next day and put me on a 250 mg Zpak for "high numbers" and said "it looks like it may be strep" but for some reason did not confirm. So my questions are:

1) Is it likely that I have gonorrhea of the throat?
2) Will the antibiotics treat it in case I do have it?

Thank you!!

Gonorrhea can cause sore throat but most cases are asymptomatic and you have another probable diagnosis (strep throat). It is unlikely you had gonorrhea, but if you did the Zpak will clear it.
