Oral Sex and Std

About 10 days ago I received unprotected oral sex from a woman. It was only for about a minute or two. About five days after I started feeling a bit of discomfort around my urethra. Next day I noticed clear discharge. Looks exactly like pre ejaculate. I feel  slight burning/discomfort throughout the day. A bit when I pee but not so much. Discharge is still there. Clear not white or cloudy. Volume isn't drastic either. Can this be Herpes? I don't have any lesions or redness.

Yep, classic symptom of NGU. Get checked out.

No, not likely herpes. It sounds more like NGU, which you can get from normal mouth bacteria when someone gives you oral sex. You need to get checked by a doctor, though, to be certain.

I'd like to add the I've had more urgency to urinate since my symptoms started. How soon would I notice Herpes sores if I did get Herpes? I know not everyone gets symptoms of std's when they get infected. Obviously I caught something though.
Burning sensation/discomfort
Clear discharge looks like pre ejaculate
Urinating more frequent than usual
