Oral Sex testing

Hello, I am a 21 yr old female who performed fellatio on a 25 yr old man of unknown STI/STD status. A few days later, my left tonsil started to hurt and now my throat is a little sore and my tonsils are both red and a little swollen. I went to the doctor and they performed a rapid strep test which came back negative, but they sent off a  upper respiratory culture and I'm waiting to hear back. The doctor said to come back in a few days if my throat was still sore and they would give me antibiotics. Should I ask them to do a throat swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia? What are the statistics of getting an oral STI/STD.

hi getting swabbed for gono would be a good idea just to put that issue behind you but its really low risk and symptoms of a sore throat from gono would not appear a few days later but takes about a week for the germs to multiply to the extent to make your throat sore with an infection
