Tingling in Penis Head

Hi,
Last saturday night I had a protected oral/vaginal encounter. I have a significant other who does not know about this and now I am freaking out over the thought of an STD. Unfortunately I already have HPV, I was diagnosed a year ago and still have a small outbreak around my anus.

Today, not even 72hrs later I have this weird tingling in the tip of my penis. There is no sore/lesion/or rash. I've read this could be Herpes or the spreading of my HPV. Planned Parenthood said I need to wait 2 months for an accurate Herpes Test. Can someone please tell me what this could be if not another STD?

Thanks so much

Thanks for the reply Life360 but I've been told STDs can be transferred via skin to skin. So if she was on top (which she was) so our skin definitely touched. I just dont know if this tingling is herpes or me just freaking out

Hi, Since your penis was covered the tingling would not be from the affair.
