PLEASE ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. IM REALLY CONCERNED

Hello,

I went on a date with a girl I met via Tinder 5 days ago. I couldn't get a full erection then, possibly due to alcohol (I usually don't get full erection if I get some drink) and I know that wasn't because of STD (as I hadn't had sex for half a year or so before that Tinder date). She gave me a really brief oral sex and my penis made few contacts with her vagina, but I didn't penetrate.
Since then, I haven't been able to get a full/hard erection. I've gotten some erection (noticed when I woke up) and while watching porn, but the erection fades away quickly.
Today (been 5 days), I started to have a small burning sensation around my penile area and feel like I want to pee. Do I have a STD...?
I also have an extremely religious mother. I've lived on my own for quiet some time, but I decided to live with my parents to save money. But living together as not been easy. I thought stress was an issue at first, but I don't think the burning sensation would be caused by stress....
Am I going to die? I'm truly worried, frustrated, and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be seriously appreciated.

Hi symptoms of penis urethra std would be a white puss discharge and burning while urinating about 5 days post exposure but if you did not enter her vagina you can rule out things like gono and chlamydia. Other std from genital to genital rubbing contact would be herpes or syphilis but if she did not have any genital blisters you can pretty much rule that out also.
same with the oral she gave you.
