Pain in stomach and slight headaches

Lads, although i have posted, I would like to know if abdominal pain and slight headache is associated with STDS. Certain things i eat trigger my stomach to hurt.  I still have that lingering headache but it is now a mild one. mates, i never had this pain before. can a STD trigger something like this. I have a headache and some nausea too. Certain foods is causing this. the reason for the post is because i had this pain after my incident and now it seems like its getting worse. Lads, i am not crying wolf, is there a relation with abdominal pain and stds/hiv. I may post this on the HIV forum as well.

It is your extreme anxiety causing these things to happen in your body.  Try visiting the anxiety forum as well. Condoms offer very significant protection against HIV. They are about 99.9% effective.

Listen to yourself.  You said "I am in a state of paranoia." You can most definitely feel things if your mind is that focused on something like this.  This is how hypnosis works. It is all about the power of suggestion.

Another analogy is women and feared or hopeful pregnancy.  They get a missed menstrual period, test.  Test is negative. Still no period after several days.  They feel nausea, bloating, sore breasts, fatigue, cravings, heightened sense of smell. The entire time, they constantly think "what if I'm pregnant?" or "I could be pregnant" Then they start thinking the first test was wrong so they test again.  Still negative.  A few hours later, their period starts.

It is all about where and how your mind is focused.  Focus on HIV, then every sniffle, cough, headache, etc. is going to be a symptom to you. You have to find a way to break the cycle and find something else to focus on until you test if you have not already.

you have multiple posts now on multiple forums.

you were on antibiotics which can mess up your flora in your gi tract.

not everything that goes on has to be std related. Not everything means that you must have hiv.

have you talked to anyone professionally about your anxiety?

I am in a state of paranoia. I have been getting crazy symptoms perceived as ARS. Lads, i am not a crazy fellow, i feel something is not right. I have this lingering headache, and stomach pain that just doesnt go away. prior to this i have had nausea, lymth node pain, i am even sweating right now. i truly believe it has something to do with the condom not covering whole organ and a scratch or cut on penis has attributed to a std/hiv. I will go to my local clinic and get tested. comments would be appreciated.

Abdominal pain is not a common std symptom in men.  As you said, certain foods cause it.  Maybe it is an ulcer that acts up when you eat certain foods.  Maybe your body just cannot tolerate the foods.  Headache and nausea are not common std symptoms either.
