Pain in testicles, stinging feeling up and down shaft

I had sex about two weeks ago, and the condom broke on us. Over the past couple of days I have had a mild stinging feeling in the tip of my penis. Along with mild stinging while urinating, and ejaculation. Recently I have also begun to have some testicular pain, almost as if some one or something has a hold of me and is squeezing. So slight pressure, I  have no sores, or bumps though it can be sensitive to touch every now and then. I'm some what sure that it can't be herpes. I don't have a primary doctor, only a walk in clinic, so I have yet to see a doctor about it. Could it possibly be Chlamydia ?

If this is anything, its going to be something simple like chlamydia.  You can cure that easily with antibiotics.

However, your doctor said everything looked good, so try not to worry about this.

I need another reassurance, if the doctor said that everything looked fine, I even asked the nurse if there was any type of STD that she knows of that have those types of symptoms and she said none that she knows of. I'm 95 % sure I'm good, but there's still that doubt in the back of my mind.

I don't know the name of that, and it could be possible.  At this point, all you can do is wait for results.

I just got back from the doctor, and she said that everything physically looks perfect, and that it could be a minor infection. 9 times out of 10 the urine comes back clean. She also said that when she looked at it, that it was fine. The physical examine went perfectly as well, nothing wrong that she could see or feel, and no discomfort for me. All there is to do is wait for the call, but both the doctor and the nurse re assured me that it couldn't be anything serious at all.

I skimmed over one article of an infection, where dead sperm can get caught in the "tracks" or "tubes", so to speak, of the male that lead from the testicles too the shaft . Though I don't remember the name of it, could this possibly be that kind of infection?

Does any one know of a free clinic near or around Winter Park, Florida? I'm in college and I don't really have a lot of money, and I'm worried about getting tested costing a pretty penny

It could be, maybe even gonorrhea or maybe nothing. Best is to get tested.
