Pain wen I had a swab and burning wen I pee

Hi, I had protect sex but unprotected oral (me giving to a man) 7 weeks ago. I was due a 6 month screening so I waited till 19 days after this encounter and was tested for gonorrhoea and chlamydia and and a swab was taken from a sore I had, all negative.
7 weeks after the encounter (I've not had any sex since) I had discomfort down there do went to the doc yesterday who did another gonorrhoea and chlamydia swab as well as a general swab. When she did the first swab it really hurt me, wen she did the rest it was fine. A few hours after that and ever since it has burnt wen I go for a pee.
I also had blood taken for HIV an syphilis, will these bloods be conclusive after 7 weeks and could my soreness and pain wen peeing be a std?
Thanks

You might have a non gonococcal urethritis and this it doesnt have to show on the swab necessarily. 8 days of docycycline will clear any atypical urethritis. Speak to your doctor if you dont stop being sore when urinating.

Well then you had no real risk that is anything related to the vagina.

I'm female so penis swab is unrelated.

So you have a cold, that has nothign to do with a STD. A penis swab will hurt and sting after...all it is sounds normal to me.

Ok the pain when peeing seems to have gone and only lasted a day. I am full of cold now!
My last sexual encounter was over 7 weeks ago, I've had negative chlamydia and gonorrhoea swabs, taken at 19 days after exposure, I had bloods taken for syphilis and HIV at the 7 week mark, were this test all taken at enough time past exposure?
