Paranoid about STD

A little over three weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I barely knew, she has assured me since that she is clean though I can't shake the paranoia. Almost immediately after I was sore for a few weeks and had a sore throat. It is also worth noting that I have recently gone through a bad breakup so my stress was already high. Anyway, I let it go to the back of my mind after a week or so of worrying and felt better. Recently however, my left testicle has felt sore. There has been no swelling or any discharge of any sort around my penis but it is sore when I walk. I have an STD test tomorrow but am worrying myself sick. Any insight?

Did you read what I wrote because you asked the same question I answered.

If you get pain from a STD it is further down the road but you also get swelling.

I had stopped worrying about it until the testicle pain. Is that related to any STDs?
