Patch on Head of Penis

I'm not sure if this is something I have just noticed because I am hyper aware of things on my body now, but I have noticed that there is a pigmented patch of about a half centimeter wide on the tip of my penis . It does not hurt it is not raised it just looks like a slightly different pigmented skin color than the rest of the head of the penis. I also have noticed a tiny tiny speck on the edge  of the patch, I can't tell if it is raised or not maybe it is just part of the skin. Could this have anything in relation with HPV or anything of that nature. Or is just something that I have finally noticed on my body that I havenot notice before?

Thank you for the comment, so this pigmented small patch on the tip of my penis could just be normal? What does a wart look like when it first starts? Or  are you pretty confident this most likely isn't an hpv case

Hi, as we age things start poping up on our bodies and yours would not appear has HPV as they are more like warts that are quite obvious. But if your concerned to have a doc check if your sexually active.
