Penile Yeast Infection

I am 26 year old man. I had slight itchy irritation on the tip on my penis and the irritation would come and go randomly without causing too much discomfort. My doctor diagnosed it as a Lower Urinary Tract infection and put me on antibiotics for 20 days after which the irritation disappeared. A month later I discovered thrush on my penis head. I am uncircumcised but my foreskin pulls back easily. I decided to go the natural way. I kept my foreskin pulled back and applied yogurt to my penis everyday and ate yogurt too. The infection cleared on the head but just below the head and on the folds of the foreskin the thrush keeps recurring and the skin becomes red sometimes. Since this was happening I got an HIV scare and got so stressed that I developed constipation and fissures. A month ago I also developed seborrheic dermatitis(head, face neck) which is very mild according to my dermatologist. I had dandruff and severe hairfall 3-4 years ago and now sport a shaven head and have had no dandruff since untill now. I have 2 theories:
1) The penile yeast infection is due to the antibiotics and the Seb-derm came because of over stressing over the HIV scare.
2) I might have HIV and it might be responsible for these conditions.
I am otherwise healthy and have no other problems, allergies or symptoms. Please help me get out of this yeasty mess.
