my risk

hi doctor
i m a boy 25yrs old. I had the first sexual encounter with a illegal sex worker yesterday. i did not bring any condom so i did not have any penetration, no oral sex as well but she did a manual masturbation on my genital. I have a foreskin that is pretty tight so the gland is only partially exposed most of the time, in addition, there were also frequent body contact involved. i also noticed she went back to touch or scratch her ***** and came back with the same hand to stimulate me. it was a while later before i ejaculated on her body. Prior to that i already had some pre cum on my gland, i cant actually recall the details but there are many exchanging of hand lotion from hers to mine then to my genital. oh and i also did touch her genital and use that same hand to stimulate my as well.
Went back home did a thorough wash up but because my foreskin can only retract partially i can only clean the gland that are exposed. The foreskin had been stretched and i think a little more of the gland is exposed and is now swollen red. I cant even clean properly because a little water contact will make me flinch in pain.
Doctor, can i ask if my risk of being infected with STD high?
secondly will any strains of viruses incubate within my foreskin and thus cause a STD infection at a later stage?
will my failure to properly clean my gland and penis cause me more medical problems as well as STD infection?
Can the swollen gland actually act as a open wound and thus virus can enter from through it?
lastly i thank you for your time and do advise me on the action to take if necessary.
