Penile and rectal pain, tickling

Hello, I had a sexual contact on August 29.  Unprotected genital rubbing.  As far as I understand, this does not pose a risk for HIV.  However, 3 days after the contact, penile pain started, it's been 10 days today and it still continues.  Also, last night, I think the upper part of my anus is the rectal region.  Rectal pain started.  Is there such a std?  My symptoms are penile pain and rectal pain.  Also a feeling of pressure like pooping in the rectal area.  Tickling sensation in the penis and rectal area.  It's like feeling aroused.  No discharge or burning sensation.  Burning after masturbation.  My penis is circumcised.  Today, on day 10, I have a chancre formation on my foreskin under the head of my penis.  Skin color that looks like a crater.  There is a small whiteness in it, which is under the skin.  No swelling.  I googled the photos but it doesn't look like much.  Is this how the chancre starts?  I'm not sure.  I have a few questions.

1-) Syphilis or chancre cause pain in the penis?

2-) Can chancre come out in 10 days?

3-) Along with penile pain, there was pain in the upper part of the anus last night.  Like the feeling of pooping.  What can cause both penile and rectal pain?  Is this a std ?

4-) I have a std panel test done on day 5.  All negative.  How safe is it?

5-) If there is any STD transmission in sexual contact, the chance of HIV infection increase in the same contact? During same sexual contact.

Are there any std in these symptoms?  Or what could be causing these pains and symptoms?  Please help.

I have a new problem here.  Today is the 12th day.  Penile and rectal pain resolved spontaneously.  But.  Sore throat and nausea started yesterday.  I have no fever.  No rash.  My throat is red like right and left.  It looks like pharyngitis.  The pain continues in my neck.  And a strange feeling in the body.  I have no fever.  No rash.  Is it possible to have HIV ars symptom in such a case?  Or any std ?  Waiting for the test 2 days later I will be HIV RNA and HIV DUO ULTRA.  I just want to know.  Can sore throat and nausea be a symptom of ars?

No, sore throat and nausea are not symptoms of HIV seroconversion. You never had any exposure to HIV: no one has ever got HIV from genital rubbing.
Your ideas that your penis "might have slipped in" are just production of a worried mind. Even if it might, there is no real risk.
Testing for HIV is completely unnecessary.

1-) Syphilis or chancre cause pain in the penis?

Chancre often comes after 3 weeks and its typically painless. The syphilis to be transmitted you would have to have some vigorous rubbing onto another chancre which may have noticed. In developed countries in uncommon. I personally would not worry.

2-) Can chancre come out in 10 days?

Normally 3 weeks.

3-) Along with penile pain, there was pain in the upper part of the anus last night.  Like the feeling of pooping.  What can cause both penile and rectal pain?  Is this a std ?

Highly doubt it is an STI. However it does sound like prostatitis however it is up to the doc to confirm. If it is, it is not caused by an STI.

4-) I have a std panel test done on day 5.  All negative.  How safe is it?

HIV and Syph is too soon. It is a little early for chlamydia and gonno but you were never at risk for these.

5-) If there is any STD transmission in sexual contact, the chance of HIV infection increase in the same contact? During same sexual contact.

HIV was never a risk in this situation.

Thanks for the answer.  I'm just a little worried.  She was in my lap during genital frottage and I'm afraid that for a short time the penis may have slipped into the vagina.  On the day of sexual contact I was sure only for frottage.  Now that I think about it, my memory is fuzzy.  Is it due to anxiety?  I think if I had touched her vagina for a short time, I would have known about it.  what do you think please let me know ?
When you over think it the details can be fuzzy - especially when you are doubting yourself.

If the penis "slipped" inside the vagina you would know. Sex is Sex and to be fair, even if it did for a few seconds that is not enough time for anything to happen.

Anxiety can really mimic symptoms. Try to relax and believe in the science. I dont know if there is another reason for the anxiety - infidelity or something but look - the chances of anything are so slim. Try to relax.
My thanks for the reply. Thank you also for your patience and understanding. Yes, I am married and this is the first time this has happened.  I feel remorse and regret.  What you want to say.  If the short-term penis slipped into the vagina, does it mean that there is no risk? I was a little drunk at the time of the contact, but there was no sex for sure.  Because I couldn't do it because I felt guilty about my wife.  I wonder if the penis has touched inside, even if it's only for a short time. Sorry my english is bad please.
I strongly support the message by Sillymistake87. Your risk of syphilis is rather low.
Formation of primary chancre at day 10 is a rarity (possible only with massive inoculus and ruined immune system). Chancres on penis are normally painless and never produce rectal pain. If that "chancre" of yours frightens you - show it to a doctor. Don't google syphilis pics - there are lots of pics you will find on a key word "syphilis", but the article may say "syphilis was ruled out" or it may be an extremely atypical and rare presentation.
" If the short-term penis slipped into the vagina, does it mean that there is no risk?"

Im going to saw low risk. By low risk, even if there is a 0.0000000000000001 percent there is still that smallest chance.

In reality I will say not to worry and the risk is most definitely not worth worry about.

In regards to the guilt - you are human and mistakes happen but it does not mean you are a bad person.

If the rectal pain continues see a doctor but I can categorically say that it is NOT an STI.
