Penile glans red spots and rash

Hello,
Ten weeks ago I had unprotected oral (incl deep throat) with a prostitute. About a week later I developed clusters of tiny small raised spots/pimples on my penis helmet. The pimples has stayed and has not grown in size. No itching, no discharge and no pain on irination.

After this encounter I washed my penis with alcohol gel. A red rash appeared (about a week after the pimples appeared) on my left side of the penis helmet and is still present. It may appear to be slowly spreading on the pinis head. After masturbation the rash is really prominent.

27 days later I got tested for HIV (4th generation tester), Syphilis, Gono, Clamadia which all came back negative. I will be doing the test again after the 12 week period.

Doctors prescribed Clotrimazole which hasn't worked. Organic coconut oil was also not effective. Doctors has put it down to Balantitis but I'm not so sure. I was unable to test for Herpes type 2 as I do not have legions - no blood test option either.

So if my rash and pimples (neither of which has sub sided) were caused by rubbing my penis head with alcohol gel...will my rash go or be permanent?
Or could it be herpes or anything more sinister?

It is a shame that there are no options to upload pictures as I would have shown it on here.

Any advice would be greatly apprecated. Any information that I have missed please ask.

Thank you in adv.

Hi what your describing doesnot indicate any std  but just could be natural that your just noticing now. Also any type of rubbing friction can raise pores in that area.

Hmm it just seems coincidental that the rash appeared. Could be due to several things...allergic reaction to condom (initially started BJ with condom), to the alcohol gel, STD, or simply by too much jerking off. Hard to pin point but I will do what I can to find the cause. I was just wondering how long Balanitis can stick around for ???? Anyway thanks for your comment. Appreciate your time.
