Penis Gland

Some weeks ago I had protected oral sex and thought nothing of it. Shortly afterwards, I had sex with my wife. She was very dry and i noticed that my penile gland became very red and sore (red patches). She had a itch for a couple of days but got treated with betadine... and promptly cleared. I obviously became very worried. I've applied some canesten cream and dexaval (mild atopic cortisone cream). even betadine.
Things have gotten better 4 weeks on now... but skin is still slightly red and mildly dry. On the other hand when penis is erect i can see dozens of small skin colored smooth bumps scattered all over the gland. They dont itch, burst, anything. they dont present a head, or puss or anthing. They are just there for a few seconds particularly when gland is very swolen.
When gland is not swolen, i can see tiny red patches where the bumps should be.
I dont have discharge or anything
can anyone help?

You would have to see a Dr for an exam, this would not be a STD.
