Penis Raw, Pain, Uncomfortable

I've had multiple sexual partners (my last one being 3 months ago) and I did not use protection.  So I recently thought it was a good idea to get an STD test (got results last week).  The tests say I'm clean but I'm very raw around the tip of my penis for the past week.  It doesn't hurt when I pee, and I have no lumps or anything but if my underwear touches the tip, I'm instantly in pain.  Is this irritation?  something worse?  Am I over reacting?  Should i go see a doctor?  Any help please.

just irritation can be many things including irritation/chaffing and also fungal infections. return to your provider and get a proper exam to get better ideas as to what this is.
