Persistent symptoms. Does this sound like Trichomoniasis?

Long story short, I was on holiday two months ago (Feb 10-15) and had unprotected sex twice. Stupid I know.

A few days later, I started to notice a tingling at the tip of my penis and an occasional mild discomfort with urination. Beyond that, I have had ongoing testicle discomfort. It almost feels as if someone has hit me there, and there's a lingering discomfort feeling.  Never had any noticeable discharge.

I have been to two different clinics. They presumptively treated me for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. I was tested for those two as well as Trichomoniasis but all three tests came back negative.

The symptoms seem to come and go. I'm worried it could be Trichomoniasis because from what I have read, the male urine test for Trichomoniasis is inconsistent at best.

Follow up with your Dr, don't think it is a STD.

The testicular pain is more or less consistent. The sensation in the tip of my penis went away for a week+ but has now returned.

You are correct about the test, but symptoms of STD's don't come and go.
