Pimple on shaft?

Not sure what this is.  I've had a strange couple of pimples on my penis within the last 6 months.  About 4 months ago they stopped appearing, and now one came back yesterday  (the first one took a week or so to go away).  I had unprotected sex once in march and after this occured, I vowed never to have again.

Just some background information:
I'm a 6'1 male and my diet is very off right now (gained about 30 pounds in the past couple of years, i do plan on getting back on track though).

My feces are *very* soft a lot of the time, but he said that's because of my diet. (yes it's really bad, like i said I will get back on track soon.  I love being athletic)

I thought maybe I had a yeast infection, but my doctor didn't even want to hear about it. He said since I'm a guy it's mostlikely not possible. I did the early morning up spit method and it was horrible.  The yeast was a string that went straight down to the bottom of the cup.  I have not shown him these pimple like bumps though.  I asked him based on the morning up trick and my poop.

I don't even know who to go see about this.  I DO have health insurance.  Do I go see my normal doctor, planned parenthood, my dermatoligist? (she's a female so may be kind of awkward to show her this!)

Normal Dr, let him/her refer you if they think it is necessary.

Thank you Vance.  Sorry about the pictures.

Do you recommend a specialty doctor(dermatoligist)? or a normal doctor?

We don't look at pictures. Bumps can be many things, often not a STD. You would have to see a Dr.

Edit: Just a FYI.  None of these ever blistered up, they just went away after maybe a week or so.  The weird part is I NEVER had a problem with any of this in my life, which is why I think it may be, hopefully not though, an STD
