Please Help!!! :'(

Hi, I have been having some pain while urinating lately and I also had a yellow whitish looking disharge. It seemed to go away for a couple of days but came back.I no longer have the discharge but I do still have a burining sensation and also it kind of itches around the tip of the penis but there is nothing visually wrong, Also the scrotum feels kind of tender and a little swollwen. I have had it close to a month now. I took two azithromycin 500mg but they had no effect other than making me feel sick which was probably due to the pills, any thought of what it may do?

Long time frame for a STD, but not going to say that it is impossible.

See a Dr. If you have had any kind of unprotected sex recently then you need to get tested for gonorrhea, chlymida and maybe NGU.
If you have not had unprotected sex then you will stll need to see a Dr because you have something else going on. Maybe yeast in the uretha, prostate issue???
