Please Help!! STD?

About 10-12 days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I didn't know (very stupid, I know).  About 1 1/2 - 2 days later I woke up with a sore throat and swollen tonsils.  Later on that day I developed chills, and even later a fever.  The chills and fever were gone by the next day.  However, that day the lymph nodes in my neck became very swollen and have been since.  Sore throat recently went away.  About 3 days ago I've had a "tingling/burning" sensation at the tip of my penis.  No burning when peeing or discharge at all.  But noticed a little red bump, which doesn't hurt itch etc.. Also two razor burn looking bumps in the pubic hair region.  Just hoping to hear any type of input from people.  Planning on getting tested soon..

Please Help

No. Get tested if concerned.

I've also had some stiffness in the back of the neck, along with fatigue and muscle weakness.  Would this change your assumptions at all?

Overall your symptoms do not sound STD related.
