Possibility of STD after encounter with sex worker?

Hello, thanks for reading this. I'm 20 and decided to try something new. Long story short, i visited an escort in my area, for the most part we used a condom for both oral (her to me) and intercourse. She did briefly lick the head of the penis, the shaft, and testicles, and and touched with her breasts. There was minimal kissing, only about 3 pecks on lips. The reason I ask for information, I had some itching and irritation on my foreskin 2 days after our encounter. Things did get a bit rough, but I went online and opened Pandora box of possible diseases I may have. Am I at any real risk? Or am I for the most part ok? I hope I'm just being paranoid, I thought I did well enough to take care of myself. Also. She did not have any visible sores, rashes, or anything like that.
Thank you.

Thank you, so in terms of being "worried" I shouldn't be? Right? It all indicates I took care of myself, I guess I really just needed to hear it from someone else. It was just the quick licks I was worried about.

The internet can be a scary place sometimes. Every time I search out a symptom I have cancer it seems lol. you had protected sex which is good, no deep kissing which is also good in terms of exposure. Overall you have a very low risk of viral std/sti infections including hsv, hpv, and syph. The irritation is likely what you think it is and from the rough encounter. Since you are sexually active it would be good to have a routine test every so often to protect you health.
